David
David E Sullivan is a graduate of Henry County High School and Murray State University. His career, before public accounting, spanned 32 years and included the areas of retail, wholesale, manufacturing, and real estate. As legal counsel for David’s companies during those 32 years, Steve became a personal friend as well as a professional colleague. Looking at their strengths and backgrounds, they decided to form a CPA firm offering a wide range of services from tax advice, financial planning, accounting and bookkeeping services to legal expertise. So, in November 2005, Sullivan & Greer, CPAs, PLLC was organized. In addition to Sullivan & Greer, David also owns T.S. Micro, LLC, a computer sales, service and repair company, which is located in the lower part of the accounting firm. David is also a partner in other businesses in which he is still very active. In 1973, David married the former Sherry Stamps and they have one child, Jill Coker and four grandchildren Alex and Katie Coffield and Morgan and Evan Coker. In his spare time, David enjoys the three F’s: family, his farm, and football.
Steve
Steve Greer, CPA is a graduate of Murray State University and the University of Tennessee College of Law. He has been a CPA since 2000. David Sullivan and Steve formed the CPA firm in 2006. Prior to that time, Steve had been an attorney for various companies with which David was an owner. They continue to have other business interests outside of the CPA firm.
Steve’s involvement in the CPA practice is primarily related to taxation of individuals, estates and trusts.
Steve has also been a practicing attorney since 1982 and is a partner in Greer, Greer & Whitfield Attorneys, PLLC with offices in Paris. He is a member of the board of directors of Commercial Bank & Trust Company and the board of commissioners of the Paris Henry County Public Utility (Natural Gas) District.
Steve and his wife Beth have two sons and two grandsons.

Ginger
Ginger L. Caldwell is a graduate of Henry County High School and she also attended The University of Tennessee at Martin. Her career in public accounting began many years before joining our firm, which she joined in March 2009. Ginger enjoys helping our clients with their bookkeeping/accounting needs and is glad to help out wherever and whenever she can.
In her spare time, Ginger enjoys being with family and her pets along with swimming and being outdoors.

Tracy
Tracy M Payne has lived in quite a few places since graduating from Memphis State University and ending up in Henry County Tennessee in 2015. After becoming a Certified Public Accountant in Oklahoma in 1991, she has worked as a licensed public accountant in Texas, Michigan and currently Tennessee.
Tracy is presently a member of the AICPA and serves as the Treasurer for the Paris-Henry County Arts Council.
She moved to Springville, TN with her husband, Irvin, for the family business, Insource Materials in Henry, TN. They have three children in college, living on their own: Jacqueline, Michael and Logan.
For fun, Tracy has added to her hobbies by taking some great local classes including oil painting, belly dancing, and yoga. She loves to read, kayak, enjoy the outdoors and has taken up the bass guitar.
